Gávea Voo Livre is a brand of Ciclo Engenharia Turismo e Entretenimento Ltda., Brazilian company registration (CNPJ) 13.656.379/0001-34, headquartered at Rua Áurea Pinheiro, 133, sala 212, Centro, Miguel Pereira/RJ, Brazil, ZIP 26.900-000. We are the controller of your personal data. Flights depart from Clube São Conrado de Voo Livre, Av. Prefeito Mendes de Moraes, 1502, São Conrado, Rio de Janeiro/RJ.

3. What data we collect
- In the passenger form: name, nationality, gender, ID document, date of birth, weight, height, WhatsApp, email, emergency contact and, for minors, the guardian’s details.
- Health answers (pregnancy and any health condition you report), which are sensitive personal data.
- Photos and videos of the flight.
- The optional answer about how you heard about Gávea Voo Livre.
- On the website: browsing data and cookies, as described in the cookie notice.
- On WhatsApp: the messages you send us.
4. Why we use it and on what legal basis
- To organize and carry out the flight, register you at the club and arrange the insurance: performance of a contract (LGPD art. 7, V; GDPR art. 6(1)(b)).
- To assess whether the flight is safe for you: explicit consent for health data (LGPD art. 11, I; GDPR art. 9(2)(a)).
- To comply with legal and tax obligations and defend ourselves in legal proceedings: legal obligation and exercise of rights (LGPD art. 7, II and VI; GDPR art. 6(1)(c) and (f)).
- To publish photos and videos and send news: only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time (LGPD art. 7, I; GDPR art. 6(1)(a)).
- Internal statistics, always aggregated: legitimate interest (LGPD art. 7, IX; GDPR art. 6(1)(f)).
5. Who we share it with
- Clube São Conrado de Voo Livre, for registration and the mandatory insurance.
- The insurance company contracted by the club.
- The instructor pilot of your flight.
- The platform where you booked, when applicable (GetYourGuide, Viator, TripAdvisor).
- Payment providers.
- The website hosting company.
- Authorities, when required by law.
We never sell your data.
6. International transfers
Some services we use may store data outside Brazil or your region, such as website hosting, Google and WhatsApp. In these cases, we use providers with standard data protection clauses or other safeguards provided for in the LGPD (art. 33) and the GDPR (Chapter V).
7. How long we keep it
Form data, health answers and the acceptance of the risk acknowledgment are kept for 5 years from the flight and then deleted. Statistics are kept only in aggregated, anonymous form. The image authorization is valid for 5 years, or until you withdraw it.
8. Your rights
At any time you can request confirmation of and access to your data, correction, anonymization or deletion, portability, information about who we share it with, withdrawal of consent and objection to processing. These rights are provided for in the LGPD (art. 18), the GDPR (arts. 15 to 22) and, for residents of California and other US states, in state privacy laws such as the CCPA/CPRA (right to know, delete, correct and not be discriminated against). Just write to gaveavoolivre@gmail.com. We reply within 15 days.
You can also lodge a complaint with the Brazilian Data Protection Authority (ANPD) or with the data protection authority of your country.
9. Minors
Flights from age 14, always with authorization from a parent or legal guardian, who fills in the form on the minor’s behalf. We process this data in the best interest of the adolescent (LGPD art. 14).
10. Security
We use a secure connection (HTTPS), password-restricted access to the website dashboard and backups. Only the Gávea Voo Livre team can access the forms.
11. Cookies
We use cookies that are necessary for the website to work. Statistics and marketing cookies are only used if you accept them in the cookie notice, and you can change your choice at any time.
12. Changes
This policy may be updated. The date of the latest version is always shown at the top.
The Portuguese version of this policy prevails in case of discrepancy.
